How do I purchase a trakPack?

What file format are the trakPacks?
All the trakPacks are bundles and/or full length track(s) of high-quality WAV files. On the site, the trakPacks are played as MP3 files in order to allow fast play back over the internet. Your downloaded trakPacks are acidized WAV files, that can be used in a range of software applications.

What exactly am I purchasing?
When you purchase a Loop Bundle(s) and/or Full Length Track(s), you are NOT obtaining OWNERSHIP of the sounds - you are in fact purchasing a LICENSE to use the sounds within your musical compositions, whether or not your compositions are released commercially. The original producer of the sounds will always remain the OWNER of the sounds. By purchasing and downloading the trakPacks, you agree to the terms and conditions set out on the legal agreement.

How can I use the loop sounds?
You may use the sounds in combination with other sounds within TrakAx or other software packages to create your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. For example, if you are the original purchaser of a Chillout Bundle 1 and you used sounds from it to create the soundtrack of a television commercial, simply by combining a drum loop sample with a guitar loop sample and the TV advert was broadcast hundreds of times, you would keep all the royalties that the advert earns you, because you already purchased a private license to use the sounds commercially. You cannot use the sounds in isolation (i.e. when not within musical compositions) as part of a commercially released project - for instance you cannot use the sounds to make another sample CD, or "library music" sound file album, or multimedia sound library CD-ROM.

How can I use the Full Length Tracks?
You have the right to synchronize the audio content from any HighAndes Royalty Free Music library (without any further payments) with audio and/or visual productions or applications such as film & video productions, training and marketing presentations, corporate videos, on hold messages, radio presentations or commercials, television presentations or commercials, musical recordings, live performances, Web pages, multimedia presentations, interactive programs, computer games, audiovisual or computer generated displays, programs or presentations which may incorporate streaming audio or podcasts. Can I use the Loop Bundles and Full Length Tracks with other software programs?
Yes, as the loops and full length tracks are in .wav format they may be used with other software programs that accept this format.

Who else can use the sounds that I have purchased?
Nobody, unless they also purchased the same Loop Bundle(s) and Full Length Track(s) from brand new. Only the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of the Loop Bundle(s) and Full Length Track(s) has the right to use the sounds commercially. This means that you CANNOT SELL or give the sounds to anyone else. If you do, and they use the sounds within a commercial release, they will have to pay royalties to HighAndes/Time+Space/Loopmasters etc. for using the sounds. You will also have broken the law.
